Dance
I started Bollywood dancing in high school during my freshmen year and for five years, dance dominated my life. I love the thrill of being on stage and the excitement with trying new forms of choreography. Check out two teams I've been on!
Music Mixing
With dance came the necessity of creating set mixes, but I quickly found music mixing quite interesting. I never learned an instrument, but I taught myself to play my computer like one. I occasionally mash-up tracks I find appealing in my mind and bring them to life using Adobe Audition.
Card Magic
When Now You See Me 2 came out, I instantly fell in love with the incredible things people could do with cards. Over the course of 6 months, I accumulated 8 decks of magic cards, taught myself 13 card routines, dozens of sleight-of-hand moves and shuffles, and learned how to throw cards like ninja stars.
Chess
I simply love to play chess. I was in two chess clubs back in elementary school. My family gets pretty competitive sometimes with our in-house tournaments, but it is always tons of fun!
Photography
Taking photos is pretty fun. That chess picture in the header is actually my own. Some of my shots are up on my Facebook page -- which admittedly hasn't seen much action since I went to college. Check out my page!
Philosophy
I used to write a lot of deep-thinking, somewhat eloquent passages in a journal of mine. I decided to post them online as tidbits of philosophy. It's not the best writing, but you're welcome to check it out!
Basketball
I'm always down for a pick-up game of basketball. I've loved the sport since 1st grade.
TV Shows
Everyone's got their favorites. Mine are Flash, Arrow, Legends of Tomorrow, Burn Notice, Dexter, and Brooklyn 99.
Video Games
I'm not an avid player, but I love the occasional first person shooter or game of Super Smash Bros Brawl.
